Shipping Domestic

Orders ship Monday-Friday via United States Postal Service (USPS), and for customers in the United States, should arrive within 2-3 days. If your package seems to be taking longer than usual or you didn't receive tracking information, feel free to contact us. 

Shipping International

Bobby Pin Bandit ships internationally. You should receive your order within approximately two weeks.

Returns

Bobby Pin Bandit accepts the return of unused, unopened items in their original condition and original packaging, within 15 days of delivery, for a full refund or credit at bobbypinbandit.com. Contact bobbypinstitches@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. 

Any refund given will be for the purchase price of the returned items.

Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded on returned items. (Exceptions for mistakes with your order, or if the item is defective.)

Items cannot be exchanged. The original item must first be returned for a refund, and a separate purchase placed via the website for the alternative item.

There are no refunds for PDFs or any digital downloadable file.

Refunds are not issued before receipt of the returned items.

How to Initiate a Return
Email bobbypinstitches@gmail.com with “Return Request # (your order number)” in the subject line of your email. Note that “your order number” should match the order number that includes the goods you want to return. Bobby Pin Bandit cannot accept responsibility if your return shipment is lost by the USPS or any other carrier or held at customs. Bobby Pin Bandit cannot issue refunds on items not returned or received.

Credit for returned items will be applied to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied within 5 to 10 days of the returned items being received by Bobby Pin Bandit.

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
You will be notified via email as soon as your returned goods are received. Your account should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle. If you chose instead to receive your refund in the form of a credit voucher, the voucher code will be emailed to you when we confirm the return of the items.

Defective / Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact Bobby Pin Bandit within 15 days receiving your order for assistance. Bobby Pin Bandit accepts no responsibility for damage incurred during use of Bobby Pin Bandit products.
